You know how the little pop-up menu comes up when you right click on your computer's task bar? Mine always shows a check mark next to the phrase "lock the task bar". Which always sets off the song "Rock the Casbah" to play and get stuck in my head, except I'm hearing "Lock the Task Bar" over and over. I don't know any other words to the song, nor who the performers are. I never even liked the song. I find this intrusion quite annoying.

A bit of excitement....
This past week we have been receiving responses from colleges. David has been accepted at all three colleges where he applied. The biggest news came today, when his first choice, Hillsdale, not only accepted him but offered him a 4-year 1/2 tuition merit scholarship.
This was the first time in years that I've seen him act excited!
Whew! Now I can sleep, knowing that my meager schooling efforts didn't ruin his chances!

Instead of leaving Xanga, I've decided to stay and use this blog for casual stuff, like general family announcements, recipes, and silly thoughts.

Ultrasound results are in.....
Isaiah will be welcoming a baby brother next January. I saw the pics, and the new one looks a lot like his older brother.
I'm content, though I would have been very happy to be forced to shop in the infant girls' department.
